i took a pretty minor spill on the road, and the velcro handlebar strap snapped clean in half. not really tough enough for commuting, in my opinion.
Looking at the construction of the velcro straps, the only explanation I can think of for the failure you describe is that the adhesive that holds the two halves together was defective in some way. I’m not sure exactly what Twofish’s warranty policy is since we’ve honestly not heard of a single failure among the ~500 units we’ve shipped out over the past year since we started carrying this product. In any case, we’d be happy to replace it directly if you will go ahead and send it in

@PhotonLight Hi there. I actually bought it from a online shop here in the UK. Their main brand is a flashlight which begins with ‘F’ – and they weren’t interested in replacing or refunding unfortunately. Thanks for the kind offer but as i’m in the UK it doesn’t make much sense to send it.
